Lodging Policies: Cancellation Policy: During peak season a 2 week notice is required - Off Peak a 72 hour notice is necessary. If you do not cancel within the specified time, and your room is not rebooked your room deposit will not be refunded. All rooms are subject a 7% Maine sales tax. There are NO REFUNDS for early departure. Check out time is 11:am, check in time is 3:00pm. Other times can be accommodated upon request.
